Ok, yes you can discard... But let's do it in a way that actually suits our needs and ingredients. With this website we may actually adjust and find what best suits us. Follow the recipes but then go out and about and try new ideas to build your own recipes!

Sourdough Pizza
Sourdough pizza is my favorite dough to bake. Feel free to test what percentages and ratios work best for you, in the end not all flours are the same and every factor should be taken into consideration.
Levain
Active levain is a key factor for sourdough baking. You may use your starter just as it is, but prepairing your own levain provides much better results.
Bread
Everybody probably started at good ol bread. It's much tastier than store bought and healthier too! In my house this recipe lasts me just a two or three days as everyone loves it.
